Information you give us. When you fill out the inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, your email address or phone number, the service you are interested in, an optional preferred date, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We also use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how the site is used. Umami does not use cookies, does not build personal profiles, and does not track you across other websites. It only records anonymous, aggregate visit data.
Spam protection. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a real person and not an automated bot. This may process limited technical information for that purpose.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, share availability and pricing, and plan your session.
- To communicate with you about a booking you have requested or scheduled.
- To understand overall site traffic so we can improve the website.
